ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website thesleepkit.store.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number, sales price, and payment method of the products are determined by the information at the time the order is finalized.
ARTICLE 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal or criminal liability and without stating any reason, provided that they notify the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product subject to the contract to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated by them.
Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised:

Products prepared in line with the BUYER's requests or personal needs.

Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, and which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (e.g., mouth tape, personal care products, etc.).
ARTICLE 5 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the BUYER purchased the goods or services or where their domicile is located, up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, are authorized.
